1. I'M IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes, of course you can pick up your order at our Gypsy Sunset Boutique location. Please click eMail Sarah at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our store at (951) 894-2001 - we would be happy to help set up your order for you and exclude any shipping fees from being applied to your purchase. After order is processed we will set up a pick up day/time with you during our normal store hours.
2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our shipping department is open Tuesday to Friday 11am - 3pm. Orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the following business day. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to fully process. Delivery dates are based on average transit time.
3. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are non-refundable. We are happy to exchange your items, if you follow our strict Exchange instructions. Please visit our Customer Service page for full details.
